One Day Venue Rental $4500

Our One Day Package offers exclusive access to the entire Cow Barn venue, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable celebration. Enjoy the rustic elegance of our spacious loft and mezzanine, prepare in style in the Odella Suite and The Milk House dressing room, and make the most of our scenic grounds and ample parking. We provide tables, a selection of elegant table linens (white, ivory, and blue), and comfortable seating for up to 150 guests, with specialty tables also available. For your convenience, a luxury restroom trailer is included.

Two Day Venue Rental $6000

Our Two Day Venue Rental offers the same exclusive access to the entire Cow Barn venue with an overnight stay in the Odella Suite.

Three Day Venue Rental $7000

Our Three Day Venue Rental offers the same exclusive access to the entire Cow Barn venue with a 2-night stay in the Odella Suite.


Business Events - Including Seminars, Parties, Retreats and More!

Business packages are available Sunday - Thursday with a 3 hour minimum rental, at a varying hourly rate per size of the event.

Business Package A $175/hr

Business Package A offers exclusive use of the charming Cow Barn Loft and Mezzanine, the elegant Odella Suite, our scenic grounds, and convenient parking. Enjoy two complimentary hours for seamless setup, allowing you to personalize your event. We provide tables, a selection of stylish table linens, and comfortable seating for up to 50 guests, with choice side and specialty tables also included.

Package B $500/hr

Business Package B offers the same exclusive use of the Cow Barn venue spaces for up to $150 guests and access to our luxury onsite restroom trailer.


A La Carte Options

At Cow Barn, we're dedicated to making your event unforgettable. Explore our customizable options for a truly seamless experience. A La Carte options are subject to availability, and offered at an additional fee as detailed below.

Special Ceremony Seating | $750 | Includes straw bales, assorted vintage chairs, or tree stump and slab benches

Premier Cleaning Service | $500 | We will take care of returning the decor to storage, disposing of any remaining trash, and related tidying up after your event, so you can relax and enjoy married life.

Spruce-Up Cleaning Service | $200 | We will tidy up the loft and the Odella Suite the morning of your wedding to make sure things are fresh for your wedding day.

Golf Cart Shuttle Attendant | $200 | Includes 4 consecutive hours of golf cart rental with attendant services to help escort your guests from parking to ceremony / reception spaces

Restroom Attendant | $200 | Includes a restroom attendant for 4 consecutive hours to ensure the on-site restroom trailers are kept clean, tidy, and stocked throughout your entire celebration

Early Arrival | $100 / hr. | Arrive to Cow Barn up to 3 hours early for an additional hourly rate to prepare for a great event

Decor Rental Collection | $500 | Includes access to our extensive collection of decor and utility items for your event, including use of the Cow Barn Golf Cart for easy transport of decor and use of shuttle for guests


Please note the following that apply to all types of reservations:

  • Check in begins at 10am on the first day of your reservation, and your event must conclude by 11pm.

  • Check out is by 3 pm on the final day of your reservation.

  • Clients are welcome to provide their own tables, chairs,and linens, with setup & breakdown being their responsibility.
