Includes the use of the Cow Barn loft, mezzanine, Odella Suite, The Milk House dressing room, grounds and parking. Venue can provide tables, white table cloths and seating for up to 150 guests. Special tables also available. If client declines to use the offered guest chairs, tables and table cloths, they may provide their own at their own expense and set-up shall also be their responsibility. Also included is the Elite 3 Restroom Trailer.

Includes the use of the Cow Barn loft, mezzanine, Anna Odella Suite, grounds and parking. Cow Barn will provide tables and seating for up to 35 guests, choice side and special tables and two hours of set-up time.

Sun. - Thurs. $250/hr.
Includes the same provisions as Pkg. A, but for 36-150 guests. This number of guests requires the addition of a luxury restroom trailer.

Sun. - Thurs. $500/hr. (3 hr. min)
For each event package, Cow Barn will be made available to Client beginning at 10:00 am. For event packages longer than one day, quiet time shall be by 11:00pm each night.
